SMS Terms

1. Program Description

These SMS Terms cover text messages from Wabash Valley Post Frame Co LLC ("WVPFCO") about a 17-Point Quote Review request or a building project. They supplement Section 12 of the Terms of Service.

2. Types of Messages

Replies to a request; 17-Point Quote Review and site visit scheduling, confirmations and reminders; and updates on a signed project, such as build dates and walkthrough scheduling. WVPFCO does not send promotional texts without separate consent.

3. Consent

Consent is given by checking the box on a website form that reads "I agree that Wabash Valley Post Frame Co may call, text or email me about this request," or by asking WVPFCO in writing to text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase; phone or email can be used instead.

4. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies with the request and the project. Message and data rates may apply; the wireless carrier's plan sets them.

5. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop text messages. One confirmation message follows, and no further text messages are sent unless consent is given again. Stopping texts does not stop phone or email contact about an active project; ask to stop those separately.

6. Help

7. Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

8. Supported Carriers

The program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
